Sunday Morning Education Hour
"Comparative Religions: Catholicism" Study
This study is co-led by Cody and Amy Jeffries in the Gathering Room. In this seven-week installment of a longer series, we will compare and contrast Lutheranism with the denomination from which Martin Luther originally broke ties. In later installments of this Comparative Religions study, we will discuss how Lutheranism differs from other faiths, including Islam and Mormonism.
What Lutherans Believe
On Sunday, October 6th, Pastor Dave Benson began teaching an 8-week section of this class on Sunday mornings at 9:45 AM in the Fellowship Hall. This class is designed for adults and older youth who have not been confirmed in the Lutheran Church but are interested in joining Faith as official members. THIS TIME, ESTABLISHED MEMBERS ARE ALSO INVITED TO JOIN THIS CLASS AS A REFRESHER. The class covers the "Six Chief Parts" of Lutheran teaching from Luther's Small Catechism. If you are interested in being a member of this class, please contact Pastor Dave directly.
Youth Bible Study
This study is for 6th - 12th grade students and is held on Sunday mornings during the education hour. It is held in classroom FC-4 (the game room).
