The Outreach Board is collecting non-perishable foods to be distributed by York Elementary for Thanksgiving holiday and break. Collection bins are located on both ends of the building. CROSSLINES MATH & READING BUDDY PROGRAMS connect caring adults with elementary students during the school day for one-on-one help in reading or math. Reading Buddy volunteers work with students in kindergarten through third grade once a week for 30 minutes, reading books, practicing words, and connecting through conversation. Math Buddy volunteers meet with first or second graders twice a week for 30 minutes, using games and hands-on activities to build foundational number skills. You don’t need to be an educator or have prior experience. Crosslines provides all the training and materials you’ll need to make a difference. To find out more about the Math & Reading Buddy Programs, email [email protected]; sign up for "Volunteer 101" at Crosslines: tinyurl.com/CCOVolunteer101; or call Tina at 417-605-2699.

Faith Lutheran is signed up to volunteer to help at Crosslines on the 3rd Tuesday of each month anytime between 8:30 AM and 2 PM. Their new location is 3055 East Division. Donating 2 to 3 hours to help distribute food from their food pantry to their clients is so rewarding. Contact Kim DeLuce. Thank you in advance for your help!

We were able to send off 76 shoeboxes! Thank you to everyone who helped with our 2024 Operation Christmas Child Collection.

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.
